- Light Exhale.

- Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
- Hold for 4 seconds
- Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds
Repeat until your body starts to soften.
- Hold or place your crystals nearby.
Let them rest in your palms, on your chest, or beside the candle — wherever feels natural. - Let the tension leave your body.
With every exhale, imagine stress, pressure, and tightness melting out of your shoulders, jaw, and chest. - Repeat your affirmation:
